Dr Tendai is a Heyday Clinic Doctor and is passionate about serving marginalised communities, and exploring and addressing the root causes of illness. Her approach is delivering culturally appropriate healthcare through equitable and sustainable healthcare practices. Dr Tendai has special interests in assisting patients with achieving homeostatic balance through integrative medicine practices to common presentations such as: sleep management; subacute pain management; mental health and patient education. Dr Tendai has a keen interest in food as medicine and natural therapies.

Dr Tendai Muzondo

Dr Tendai was born and raised in Zimbabwe and graduated from Bond University, (B.Biomed Sc.; MBBS). In addition, Tendai has completed the eCornell in Plant-based Nutrition course. Tendai has travelled and practised medicine throughout Australia in diverse communities such as First Nation, immigrant and urban populations in both the private and public sector for the past 11 years.

Outside of work Tendai enjoys dancing, music, producing podcasts and curating cultural exhibitions.
